Home upgrade Grant Delivery
We served as the lead retrofit coordinator for the successful HUG2 scheme in collaboration with Suffolk County Council. The project aimed to improve the energy efficiency of domestic properties across the region, particularly targeting fuel-poor households and hard-to-treat homes. Over 12 months, retrofit coordination was provided for 240 properties—158 of which advanced beyond the predesign stage and were lodged successfully—resulting in the installation of approximately 500 energy-saving measures across a diverse mix of building archetypes.
Warm Homes Local Grant
Since its inception, we’ve been proudly delivering under WH-LG, setting the benchmark for excellence. Using our knowledge and understanding of the published guidelines and our own experiences with delivering at scale, to ensure systems and procedures were put in place at the beginning to allow efficient workflows. Initial guidance empowered the principal contractors to know exactly what to provide our RC’s and designers. This enabled projects to be consistently turned around within 24 hours, ready to install without delay
ECO4 Delivery Success
We have delivered over 4000 compliant measures under ECO4 of the last f12 months with over 50 Installers. Streamlining processing, quality monitoring and evaluation has been the key to quick turnaround times required for tight completion windows. This would not be possible without training the principal contractors and installer on what is required for compliant installation, evidence and paperwork. Get this right and it make our lives so much easier and speeds up delivery tenfold.
